To start a return, you can contact us at orders@signedbysuperstars.com or by using the Contact Us page.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be assumed abandoned until a pre-paid return shipping label is provided.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Third Party Certification Return Policy
While we back our products sold 100% we do want to make you feel comfortable.  If you choose to send one of our items in to be certified by a third party we offer a 60-day money back guarantee in the event that any of our autographed items do not pass certification & you are still unhappy with the item.  Third party certification is a personal choice to you therefor Signed by Superstars will not reimburse any fees associated with any third party decisions.  Signed by Superstars will refund ONLY the original purchase price of the item to the original payment method.  Returns are only accepted if you return the original item with the denial letter from only a qualified third party such as: Beckett Authentication Services, Professional Sports Authenticator PSA/DNA, James Spence Authentication JSA.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
